Heutzutage findet man <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newwinesofgreece.com\/assyrtiko_santorinis_3\/en_assyrtikosantorini_1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Assyrtiko<\/a> auch in vielen anderen Regionen Griechenlands sowie in Australien, doch die Weine aus den Trauben Santorins besitzen drei wesentliche Eigenschaften:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Hohe Mineralit\u00e4t<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Sehr hohe S\u00e4ure<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ebenfalls hoher Alkoholgehalt<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">So einfach ist das \u2013 nat\u00fcrlich immer abh\u00e4ngig vom Vinifikationsprozess. Assyrtiko kann Aromen hervorbringen, die keine andere Rebsorte liefert. Die G\u00e4rung im Edelstahltank f\u00fcllt den Gaumen mit Spannung und Mineralit\u00e4t, Frische sowie Zitrusaromen, w\u00e4hrend die G\u00e4rung im Eichenfass rauchige Noten, Trockenfr\u00fcchte und nussige Aromen hervorbringt.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>WEINE AUS SANTORIN \u2013 NYCHTERI<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ein weiterer typischer Wein aus Santorin ist der Nychteri. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newwinesofgreece.com\/nychteri\/en_nychteri.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nychteri<\/a> stammt vom Wort \u201eNychta\u201c und bedeutet auf Griechisch \u201eNacht\u201c. Fr\u00fcher wurden die Trauben tags\u00fcber gelesen und nachts gepresst, um die niedrigeren Temperaturen zu nutzen. Heutzutage ist das jedoch anders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Beim Nychteri erfolgt eine sp\u00e4te Lese, wodurch die Trauben zu trocknen beginnen und der Zuckergehalt steigt. Diese Zucker werden in Alkohol umgewandelt, da dieser Weintyp einen Mindestalkoholgehalt von 13 % vol aufweisen muss.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>WEINE AUS SANTORIN \u2013 VINSANTO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Neben den trockenen Weinen ist Santorin auch f\u00fcr seine S\u00fc\u00dfweine ber\u00fchmt. Ich selbst bin kein gro\u00dfer Dessertwein-Liebhaber, aber in diesem Fall w\u00fcrde ich ein Glas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greeceandgrapes.com\/en\/vinsanto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vinsanto<\/a>, den typischen S\u00fc\u00dfwein Santorins, nicht ablehnen. Der Zuckergehalt dieses Weins klingt f\u00fcr Menschen, die keine S\u00fc\u00dfweine m\u00f6gen oder auf Di\u00e4t sind, wie ein Albtraum. Vinsanto enth\u00e4lt etwa 220 g Zucker pro Liter \u2013 doch auch hier macht Assyrtiko den Unterschied. Dank seiner hohen S\u00e4ure balanciert er die S\u00fc\u00dfe des Vinsanto perfekt aus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die f\u00fcr Vinsanto bestimmten Trauben werden sehr sp\u00e4t gelesen \u2013 deutlich sp\u00e4ter als jene f\u00fcr Nychteri \u2013 und anschlie\u00dfend in der Sonne getrocknet, um weiter Wasser zu verlieren und den Zuckergehalt zu erh\u00f6hen. Dieser Prozess variiert je nach Winzer: Je l\u00e4nger die Trauben in der Sonne bleiben, desto h\u00f6her der Zuckergehalt. Deshalb erreichen manche Vinsantos fast 300 g Zucker pro Liter. Nach der G\u00e4rung reift der Vinsanto mindestens 2\u20133 Jahre in Eichenf\u00e4ssern.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All diese bedeutenden Weing\u00fcter lassen sich mit \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kaum besuchen.
